There will be an ATV Poker Run in St.Martins, Saturday, June 15th, 2013 rain or shine. Registration at 9am at the St,Martins Ballfield (behind the school and fire hall). Run starts at 10am. Cost $10 per hand. Cash prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, place. 50/50 draw, bbq on trail(hotdogs, hamburgers,pop). For further information call Seaside Tent & Trailer Park 833-4413

FYI, a church group is having a buffet breakfast at the WI Hall in Upham, starting at 8am for a charge of $6.00

Saturday, November 10th – We also will continue our Irish River Warming Shelter project. Meeting at the shelter at 9am. We have siding, benches, and a few other odds and ends to finish up.

This Wednesday, November 7th is our Annual meeting at 630pm at the 3 Mile Steakhouse.
At this meeting we will be having our elections. President, Secretary, and 2 Directors are up for renewal. Fred is re-offering as President but we do need a Secretary and 2 Directors.
The 2013 Trail Passes will be available. Due to the Government telling us that they will be mandatory January 1st, we will be selling 3 season passes as well for people who don’t ATV in the Winter Time.
The prices have not changed for now but may very well change in January.
Open Skies insurance has also finally took up shop in our province. More details at the meeting and in our upcoming newsletter.
October – Upcoming Events
Saturday & Sunday – October 27th- 28th – The weather is looking good for this weekend and our Irish River shelter build is a go.
Members and helpers will be meeting at the existing Irish river shelter at 9am and working throughout the day.
More bodies the better. If needed we will carry on the build on Sunday as well. We will have a BBQ for lunch as well. Hope we see you there!
September – Upcoming Events
- Saturday, Sept 22nd, we will be having a Club Run leaving from the Quaco Road at 10am. We will be heading to St.Martins via the Irish River shelter. We will be stopping at one of the restaurants in St. Martins for lunch. After lunch, Bruce Elward, who has a camp in the area, will be showing us some of the local trails
- We will beginning our new warming shelter build in October. – Details will be posted here
June Meeting this Wednesday – 3rd Annual Lotta Cash 50/50 Draw and Poker Run TICKETS need to be back

April – Upcoming Club Run Details
- Saturday, April 14th, A work day is planned for Saturday April the 14th to clear brush from a trail off of Vaughan Creek Rd. We will be meeting at 10 AM at the covered bridge on Vaughan Creek Rd in St. Martins. We will then truck the ATV’s to Bruce Elward’s camp and unload there.
- There will not be a club run in April due to varying trail conditions and the club having the above scheduled work day.
